Job Description
- Support the successful delivery of SAP customer projects in Global Delivery engagements.
- You bring your extensive knowledge to our customer projects (introduction, expansion, upgrade, rollout, etc.).
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation where required.
- Facilitate communication between customers, consultants, and project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)
- Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery outcomes for SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and foster effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP project environments
- Good understanding of SAP solutions, preferably SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional project teams.
- SAP certifications or project management certifications are considered a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Fluency in German and business proficiency in English required.
