Financial Analyst

While expanding our presence, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our operations across Europe and Americas. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work across different cultures and time zones.

What you will do:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  
• Play a key role in supporting the business with budgeting and variance analysis processes
  
• Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in multiple regions
  
• Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls
  
• Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, and reporting standards
  
• Conduct regional financial reviews for various businesses in Europe and the Americas
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s/CPA/CFA is a plus)
  
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A,
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/financial modeling skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office products (esp. Excel, Power BI) and experienced with accounting systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV an advantage
  
• Highly organized with a great attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  
• Working experience in SAAS technology company is an advantage
