Responsibilities
Manage SEOC work products, reports, and clinical/operational data analysis.
Monitor staff activities for compliance and accountability.
Review provider information including specialty and NPI.
Validate Veteran demographic information and authorization details.
Review approved service codes and ensure alignment with authorized care.
Interpret SEOC narrative requirements, referral limitations, and follow-up care parameters.
Create reports, presentations, white papers, and support meetings/workgroups.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
Current, full, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Nurse III/IV level experience
