Your role

We are looking for an Inhouse Technical Recruiter (f/m/d) to join our People team for 12 months. You will identify and attract the best talent for technical/engineering roles, as well as consistently build up a talent pool. You will support our hiring managers in finding innovative ways to improve our recruitment process, and develop sourcing strategies that best meet our needs. You will represent Munich Electrification authentically on relevant platforms, using your creative communication skills to attract and engage the most talented candidates.

Your future tasks at a glance

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, arranging interviews, CV screening, interviewing…) for a variety of roles and departments (particularly hardware and software development).

  • Be on site in the office at least three times a week for final interviews, to organize the setup and welcome candidates. 

  • Continuously work together with the Hiring Managers and Department Leads to understand our recruitment goals and define the ideal candidate profile.

  • Independently develop and execute the sourcing strategy (market mapping, search criteria, etc.) for our roles.

  • Active sourcing on a daily basis to identify and attract passive suitable candidates, inspire them and gain their interest in our roles and company.

  • Consistently promote our roles on relevant social media channels (and other employer branding activities).

  • Build a strong network of qualified engineers in the fields of electronics, e-mobility and software development.

What you bring with you

  • Completed university studies.

  • Strong active sourcing and recruiting background for technical/engineering profiles in the automotive industry e.g., electronics, e-mobility, embedded software development.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and execute without compromising quality.

  • Excellent verbal and written (selling) communication skills in English, German is a plus.

  • Charismatic and engaging, able to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to change.

  • Having a good network within the automotive/engineering/tech. industries is a strong plus.
