
The Business Analyst will document, manage, and track project requirements while facilitating workshops and interviews with stakeholders. Additionally, they will implement process improvement strategies and conduct gap analysis to identify efficiencies and support senior management reporting.
Candidates must hold an IIBA or PMI certification and possess experience in process development. Proficiency in tools such as MS SharePoint, Visio, and Jama software is required, along with the ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance.
