
The Business Analyst Consultant leads large, complex IT and business transformation initiatives by acting as the primary liaison between business and IT stakeholders. They are responsible for requirements gathering, process modernization, and mentoring analysis professionals to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the financial services or insurance industry. Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, project management, and technical tools like MS Visio and HP ALM is required.

Acting as the primary liaison between Business and IT partners, you will lead business analysis efforts, process modernization initiatives, and the evolution of Business Analyst and User Acceptance Testing practices. Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement, and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
