The Product & Offers Experience organization builds the world's best product evaluation and discovery experiences for Amazon shoppers. We own the experiences that help hundreds of millions of customers make confident purchase decisions, from landing on a product page to adding to cart. Our work spans offer selection, offer display, pricing presentation, and the rich product information surrounding the buy box -- directly driving the majority of purchase decisions on Amazon across mobile, desktop, and voice.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across our engineering and product teams. You will own end-to-end execution for our highest-impact initiatives -- building integrated plans, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and keeping teams moving with high quality. You will work closely with engineering leaders, product managers, and stakeholders across Amazon Consumer to align on goals, manage risks, and communicate clearly with senior leadership on status and strategy.
The ideal candidate has a strong program management foundation, solid technical depth, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is the norm. You have excellent communication skills, strong product judgment, and the ability to influence without authority. Basic Qualifications: - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
