Candidates must have 6-9 years of experience in individual insurance with a strong background in research, strategy, and marketing. A professional designation such as CLU, CFP, QAFP, or PFP is considered an asset, along with a deep understanding of insurance regulations and taxation.

The Sr Manager, Individual Insurance Product Marketing & Insights will lead a small team responsible for proactively monitoring the individual insurance product lines to ensure they remain competitive in the marketplace. They will provide updates, education and product support to distribution partners with the goal of improving sales and brand recognition. This role will work closely with the Marketing team to develop point of sale materials and sales concepts to effectively position our products and further support our distribution partners.

Expected salary range $114,021 - $164,021+
The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
