About the Role 

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing business and technology consulting team. The successful candidate will initially support an IT systems assessment for a major automotive client, working alongside an experienced Senior IT Consultant and technical delivery partners. Beyond this first assignment, the Business Analyst will contribute to a range of strategy, transformation, process improvement, and technology projects. This role is suited to an early-career professional who combines analytical thinking, curiosity about business and technology, and the ability to communicate information clearly. The Business Analyst will initially work under the guidance of senior colleagues, taking on greater ownership and client responsibility over time. 

On a given day, a Business Analyst you will:

• Gather and structure business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document reviews 

• Analyze business processes, operational needs, KPIs, and supporting systems 

• Map processes, system interactions, data flows, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities 

• Compare current performance against expected outcomes and identify gaps 

• Support root cause analysis and the development of practical improvement proposals 

• Translate business and technical information into clear findings and recommendations 

• Prepare concise, well-structured PowerPoint presentations and project documentation 

• Coordinate meetings, actions, risks, decisions, and information requests 

• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders, senior consultants, and technical specialists 

• Support project planning, progress tracking, and delivery of agreed outputs 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline 

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, technology, project delivery, or process improvement 

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills 

• Ability to understand the relationship between business objectives, processes, data, and technology 

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills 

• Clear written and verbal communication in English 

• Ability to organize information from multiple sources and turn it into clear outputs 

• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders 

• Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn 

Valuable Additional Experience 

• Process mapping, systems analysis, or requirements gathering 

• KPI analysis, business case development, or performance improvement 

• Automotive, mobility, supply chain, sales, or manufacturing environments 

• Enterprise IT, software delivery, or digital transformation projects 

• Tools such as Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence, or Power BI 

• Experience working with international clients or multidisciplinary teams 

Development Opportunity 

The Business Analyst will receive guidance from experienced consultants and gain exposure to both business and technology topics. As the Business Analyst develops, the role will expand to include: 

• Independent ownership of analysis workstreams 

• Facilitation of client interviews and workshops
