As a Vice President in the Reconciliations Transformation Team within Securities Services at JPMorganChase, you lead and promote strategic transformation across the Reconciliations platform, with a key focus on Investment Middle Office (IMOS) and Fund Accounting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and drives key Reconciliations transformation initiatives in close partnership with Operations and Technology, setting strategic direction and identifying opportunities to boost efficiencies at scale
  • Owns the end-to-end change lifecycle, from requirements documentation and solution design through to delivery execution, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and to the highest standard
  • Proactively identifies and resolves blockers, manages dependencies and constraints, and escalates risks to senior leadership where appropriate
  • Drives change management activities across functional partners, ensuring full adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert on Reconciliations transformation
  • Mentors and guides junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting talent development within the team
  • Own the end-to-end change lifecycle, engages senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and functional partners, and ensures delivery is aligned to the firm's risk, controls, and regulatory standards. 
  • Experience in Reconciliations and/or Securities Services, bringing deep expertise in change management, strategic delivery, and CIB business knowledge.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Reconciliations and/or Investment Middle Office Services line of business
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex change management or transformation programmes
  • Strong experience in operational management, change readiness, and product/solution deployment processes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Deep understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within financial services

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Expert knowledge of Reconciliations and the end-to-end change management lifecycle
  • Deep knowledge of the Securities Services line of business within CIB
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global teams
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and transformation frameworks
