Senior Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software products within a global medical device environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of desktop, cloud, and mobile application development projects while ensuring alignment across engineering, product management, quality, regulatory, and business stakeholders.

Combining strong technical expertise with outstanding project leadership capabilities, you will act as the central coordination point for cross-functional teams distributed across global locations. You will proactively manage risks, dependencies, and priorities while maintaining transparency and predictability throughout the product development lifecycle.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can challenge technical approaches, guide engineering teams through complex decisions, and establish effective governance structures that support scalable, predictable, and compliant software development.

What you will do

Project Leadership

• Lead large-scale software development projects from concept through market release.

• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and dependency management across global teams.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation actions to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Maintain visibility into project progress, timelines, dependencies, and delivery commitments.

Stakeholder Management

• Align engineering, product management, architecture, quality, and regulatory stakeholders around common objectives.

• Provide transparent project reporting, status updates, and decision support to senior leadership.

• Build alignment across teams and functions while managing competing priorities and expectations.

Technical Leadership

• Facilitate technical discussions and support architecture and design decisions.

• Partner closely with engineering teams to address technical challenges and delivery risks.

• Drive informed decision-making by balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and continuously improve development processes, governance frameworks, and delivery practices.

• Support scalable and compliant software development aligned with organizational standards.

• Mentor teams and foster a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.

What you bring

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software development and technical project leadership.

• Strong background in Desktop, Cloud, and Mobile Application Development.

• Proven track record of delivering complex software products in regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of software engineering practices, Agile development methodologies, and product development lifecycles.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
