
The Senior Project Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team in the modernization of federal curriculum and e-learning development programs. They serve as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders, managing project schedules, resources, and quality performance.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a current PMP certification with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in managing teams of at least 5 personnel and strong project planning skills are required.

Day & Associates, LLC (CFDay) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a federal curriculum modernization, e-learning development, and instructor-led training revision program supporting the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), National Institute of Corrections (NIC). The Project Manager will serve as the Government’s primary contractor point of contact and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for concurrent course-development efforts, schedules, resources, quality, risks, stakeholder communications, and overall contract performance.
