POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, the Junior Business Systems Analyst is an entry-level member of the Revenue Cycle Management team who supports the analysis, testing, documentation, and ongoing optimization of systems and workflows used across Revenue Cycle Management. This position works closely with the Senior Systems Analyst, RCM leadership, system owners, super-users, and cross-functional teams to support system-related initiatives and ensure business needs are accurately translated into system and workflow requirements. The Junior Business Systems Analyst will assist with system testing, workflow analysis, data validation, documentation, reporting support, issue tracking, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, comfortable learning new systems, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. This position provides an opportunity to develop foundational experience in healthcare systems, Revenue Cycle Management, system configuration, workflow optimization, and business analysis.
