
The Senior Financial Data Analyst will lead engagements for the Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare platform and provide consulting services. They are responsible for developing financial models, performing variance analysis, and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in financial data analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with complex data sets are required for this role.

The Senior Financial Data Analyst has the responsibility of leading engagements and supporting the respective growth in our technology and consulting solution, Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare, to include supporting Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare Implementation and leading Parallel Services, Front-end Reconciliation Consulting, and Remote Assistance Consulting engagements.

• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support business decisions
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide accurate financial forecasts
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and key performance metrics for executive leadership
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and offer actionable insights
• Support annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across systems and reporting platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial analysis with organizational objectives
