Role Overview
Bolder Industries is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analytics across the organization. This role will partner closely with the CFO and Controller to enhance management reporting, improve forecasting processes, automate financial analysis, and elevate board reporting.The ideal candidate possesses strong financial modeling capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for transforming data into actionable business insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and elevating the quality of financial reporting. The successful candidate will have the curiosity to understand business operations, the technical skills to automate and improve reporting tools, and the analytical mindset to identify trends, explain performance drivers, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
