
The Capital Planning Business Analyst serves as the lead point of contact for CPIC activities, overseeing the lifecycle of investment governance artifacts and budget planning. They are responsible for mentoring junior analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery of business cases, and managing portfolio-wide issue resolution.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and 4 to 7 years of experience in federal capital planning, IT portfolio management, or budget governance. Proficiency in OMB Circular A-11 and strong communication skills are required, along with U.S. citizenship.
