
The Capital Planning Business Analyst will develop and validate investment governance artifacts and analyze spend plan and contract data to ensure investment health. They will also support earned value management practices and produce after-action review documentation for federal IT portfolios.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in federal capital planning and investment control (CPIC). Proficiency in earned value management, performance measurement, and strong communication skills are required.

Position Summary
