Act as a central coordination anchor across the India-based engineering setup for medias.
Help align the work of frontend, backend / integration, platform / DevOps, QA, and support-related engineering roles.
Support backlog readiness together with the IT Product Owner, technical leads, and architects by helping structure, refine, and sequence work items for implementation.
Support sprint preparation, technical refinement, and delivery planning by helping break down work into clear and implementable tasks.
Contribute to capacity planning and delivery forecasting across the India-based engineering setup in alignment with priorities, dependencies, and available skills.
Identify delivery risks, technical dependencies, resource bottlenecks, and coordination gaps, and drive transparent follow-up and escalation where needed.
Translate architecture direction and delivery priorities into practical team coordination and executable planning.
Support the build-up and stabilization of the internal India team during the transition from external implementation support to long-term internal ownership.
Work closely with frontend and backend technical leads, while not replacing their domain-specific technical responsibility.
Coordinate with the IT Product Owner in Germany, Solution Architects and Operations counterparts in Poland, and external implementation partners to ensure alignment on scope, timing, risks, and handovers.
Ensure transparency on progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery status through appropriate reporting, KPIs, and stakeholder communication.
Support onboarding of new engineers by helping establish ways of working, documentation expectations, team routines, and collaboration standards.
Promote structured collaboration, engineering discipline, and consistent execution practices across the team.
Help ensure stable knowledge transfer, responsibility handover, and operational readiness within the internal India setup.
Support incident resolution and technical escalations by connecting the right experts and ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution.
Contribute to technical documentation, onboarding materials, team setup standards, project documentation, lessons learned, and review formats.
Coordinate external service providers involved in the delivery scope and monitor execution against agreed expectations, timelines, and quality targets.
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards, policies, procedures, and governance requirements relevant to the delivery scope.
Contribute to release readiness, production rollout preparation, and transition into support in line with ITIL-based service processes.
Use Jira and Confluence to support transparent delivery management, documentation, dependency tracking, and knowledge sharing across internal teams and implementation partners

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
12+ years professional experience in technical project delivery, engineering coordination, or solution implementation in complex digital or enterprise environments
Strong experience in eCommerce, ideally in B2B digital commerce environments
Exposure to composable platforms or composable architecture is strongly preferred
Strong technical understanding in one or more relevant domains such as frontend, backend / integration, platform / DevOps, QA, or enterprise application delivery
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams and aligning multiple workstreams
Experience in backlog refinement, sprint planning support, capacity planning, dependency management, and delivery tracking
Proven ability to bring structure, transparency, and stability into growing or changing engineering setups
Experience working with distributed teams and supporting onboarding, ramp-up, and knowledge transfer
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, quality practices, release readiness, and operational handover
Ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, Product Owners, operations stakeholders, and external implementation partners
Strong communication, stakeholder management, moderation, and documentation skills
Strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and a solution-oriented mindset
Experience in agile delivery models such as Scrum and Kanban
Strong intercultural skills and experience working in global delivery setups
Fluent in English
Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, enterprise integration landscapes, and distributed delivery models involving internal teams and external partners is an advantage
Understanding of IT service management and ITIL-based support processes is beneficial.
