
The Project Manager coordinates and manages assigned projects from planning through execution to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They are responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing budgets, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of combined project management experience and education, with postsecondary education in business or project management. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is required, and PMP or CAPM certification is considered an asset.
Under the direction of the Director, Property Services, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing assigned projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
