
The Business Process Analyst is responsible for evaluating and improving operational workflows across distribution centers and the supply chain. This role involves developing standard operating procedures, analyzing KPIs, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess at least five years of experience in operations, logistics, or process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business systems are required, with preference given to those with Lean or Six Sigma certifications.

Position Summary
The Business Process Analyst, Operations is responsible for improving the way IGF operates across its distribution centers and supply chain. This role partners with the Operations leadership team to evaluate current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, document standardized processes, and implement sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and operational consistency.
This position serves as an internal consultant, balancing time between observing operations, analyzing data and outcomes, facilitating process improvements, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
