
The Data Ops Analyst will support the reliability and performance of the enterprise data platform by monitoring pipelines and managing incidents. They will also coordinate releases, maintain operational documentation, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in data operations or platform support within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Databricks, Azure services, SQL, Python, and modern DataOps practices is required.

Our technology team is actively seeking for Data Ops Analyst to join its Data Platform & Engineering team, supporting the reliability and performance of its Databricks-based enterprise data platform. The role focuses on monitoring data pipelines, managing incidents, coordinating releases and production handovers, and ensuring data products are well-governed, scalable, and operationally ready. Working closely with Data Engineering and Platform teams, you'll play a key role in delivering trusted data solutions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
