Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing – Battery Management Systems (BMS) to drive the value creation and market success of our BMS product portfolio. In this role, you will have end-to-end ownership of a defined category of battery management ASSPs, such as gateways, battery monitor ICs, or battery cell controllers. BMS is a very dynamic market where the speed of development and innovation aspects are key. You will lead products from concept through development, production, and successful market introduction, working closely with cross-functional teams and key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product strategy and product development process for a designated Battery Management Systems category.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, application, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of product and business strategies.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand market needs, support design-in activities, and ensure timely delivery of quotations, samples, and technical documentation.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful launch and adoption of new BMS products.

  • Act as a key stakeholder in guiding product positioning, value propositions, and competitive differentiation within the electrification ecosystem.

Qualifications and Experience

Attributes such as agility to work with fast-paced and dynamic markets, ability to take risks and navigate ambiguity, and a demonstrated high quality of resilience are essential for success.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably within semiconductors or embedded systems.

  • Ability to take risks and navigate ambiguity in a complex decision making environment

  • Strong technical background in electrical systems and semiconductor product definition and production; experience with battery management systems is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrated people leadership skills, with a genuine interest in collaboration, influence, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive execution across diverse teams and senior stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel globally (in some cases also for 1-2 consecutive weeks)
