About Bridgepoint Maintenance

Bridgepoint Maintenance is an international property maintenance and general contracting operator built on a single premise: a building is a system, and systems need one accountability line, not a dozen disconnected vendors. The problem in property maintenance is fragmentation. A single building with three tenant requests in one afternoon often touches four or five different service providers. The plumber arrives Tuesday. The electrician arrives Thursday. The HVAC technician arrives the following Monday. Each one charges a separate dispatch fee. Each one issues a separate invoice. None of them know what the others did. The property manager becomes a dispatcher, a coordinator, and a quality auditor, none of which are in their job description. We replaced that with one phone number, one dispatch protocol, and one accountability line. Licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building services on a 24/7 model. Every job closes with photographed before-and-after work, electronic sign-off, and a documented receipt. Service-level agreements are contractual, not aspirational. Pricing is published in advance. Procurement-grade vendor onboarding. Certificates of insurance on file. Audit-ready reporting. Enterprise account support. Our clients are property management firms, commercial property owners, multifamily operators, and institutional buyers across North America who require maintenance executed at enterprise standards: consolidated billing, predictable response times, insurance-grade documentation, and complete audit trails on every ticket. Headquartered in the Greater Toronto Area with multi-market operations and active expansion across the continent. Centralized dispatch. Documented work. Real receipts.
