About FIS

We are FIS. Our technology powers the world’s economy and our teams bring innovation to life. We champion diversity to deliver the best products and solutions for our colleagues, clients and communities. If you’re ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we’d like to know: Are you FIS?

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to help shape and deliver FIS’s Supply Chain Finance product capabilities. You will own large-scale and complex product initiatives end to end, from early discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch and post-release optimisation.

Working directly with clients and internal stakeholders, you will identify problems and opportunities, define a clear product vision and translate customer needs and commercial objectives into well-defined product outcomes. You will manage priorities independently and ensure that delivered solutions create measurable value for both customers and the business.

This is not a delivery-only role. You will be expected to combine strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership, taking ownership of product direction while working closely with Engineering and other functions to move initiatives from concept into production. Strong judgement, autonomy and the ability to align teams around clear outcomes will be central to success.

About the team

You will be part of a collaborative product organisation responsible for defining product direction, shaping the roadmap and delivering high-quality platform capabilities for Supply Chain Finance. The team partners closely with Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Operations and client-facing colleagues.

As Lead Product Manager, you will act as the primary point of ownership for your product areas. You will work with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to broader product strategy and product management best practices across the organisation.

What you will do

  • Own Supply Chain Finance product initiatives from idea generation and discovery through delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify problems, validate opportunities and define clear product outcomes.
  • Translate complex customer, stakeholder and commercial needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and communicate product direction and priorities for your areas of ownership.
  • Partner with Engineering on solution design, delivery planning and product trade-offs, maintaining a focus on high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Operations and client-facing teams to support successful releases.
  • Own release readiness, including validation, issue management and stakeholder communication.
  • Analyse product performance and customer feedback following release, using the resulting insight to guide future improvements.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, making informed prioritisation decisions and moving work forward with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for your product areas and represent product decisions confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to broader Supply Chain Finance product strategy and product management practices across the organisation.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager or in a similar product ownership role.
  • Experience taking products, capabilities or features from concept through to production.
  • Strong ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and move initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
  • Experience gathering and synthesising customer and stakeholder input into clear product direction, outcomes and requirements.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into effective product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of Agile delivery practices and experience partnering closely with Engineering teams.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capability, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.

Highly desirable experience

  • Experience working in Supply Chain Finance or Working Capital Finance.
  • Experience within financial technology.
  • Experience working with financial institutions.
  • Experience implementing artificial intelligence features or products.
  • Experience using artificial intelligence across the product development lifecycle.

What we offer you

At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career. Our benefits include:

  • A flexible and creative work environment.
  • A diverse and collaborative atmosphere.
  • Professional and personal development resources.
  • Opportunities to volunteer and support charities.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
