
The Lead Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders to define functional requirements and bridge the gap between laboratory operations and engineering teams. They will drive process improvements and ensure the delivery of scalable, compliant laboratory information management solutions.
Candidates must have 9-12 years of business analysis experience with at least 5 years specifically in healthcare, genomics, or LIMS platforms. A degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or Computer Science is required, along with strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.

As a Functional Analyst β Genomics LIMS, you will work closely with business stakeholders, laboratory operations, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to understand business processes, define functional requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise-scale laboratory solutions. You will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technology solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare and laboratory standards.

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA: Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
