What You Will Be Doing

Job Summary

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and results-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support global business operations and cross-functional initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager, Business Operations.

You will bring structure to complex business priorities by coordinating stakeholders, managing priorities, analyzing information, and driving actions to completion.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working across teams, and taking ownership of assigned initiatives and workstreams.

For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities in Strategic Program Management within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and support cross-functional initiatives and workstreams.
  • Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and drive follow-ups to closure.
  • Analyze business needs and challenges to support decisions and recommendations.
  • Conduct research and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills, Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations, initiative coordination, PMO, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive assigned work through to completion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across time zones when required.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to project or program management tools, frameworks, or methodologies.
  • Exposure to process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with AI and digital productivity tools, and/or CRM systems such as Salesforce.
