
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on various industrial and automated manufacturing equipment. They will collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment reliability and plant performance while documenting all completed work.
The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of maintenance experience and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A 2-year degree from a technical or trade school is preferred, along with the ability to read and write in English.

Hourly Pay: $34/hour

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing operation safe, reliable, and productive. You will troubleshoot equipment problems, complete repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and support improvements that reduce downtime and strengthen equipment performance.
You will work with a variety of industrial equipment and systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated, and PLC-controlled machinery.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing complex issues, developing practical solutions, and taking ownership of equipment reliability.
A Typical Day Might Include:
Throughout the day, you will respond to equipment interruptions, determine the cause of mechanical or electrical issues, and complete repairs that allow production to resume safely and efficiently. You will also work closely with Production, perform planned maintenance, document completed work, and support projects designed to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
