
The intern will support the Multi-Family Asset Management team by performing cash flow analysis, asset valuations, and preparing strategic business plans. They will also assist with investor reporting, capital project analysis, and coordination with leasing and property management teams.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Finance with a Real Estate focus, specifically rising juniors, seniors graduating in 2027, or MBA candidates. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with financial models are essential for this role.

The Multi-Family Asset Management Intern Analyst candidate will be working closely with and provide support to the Multi-Family Asset Management Team, including cash flow analysis (sensitivity analysis, updating quarterly cash flow models, etc.).
Start Date: Immediate opening
Hours Per Week: up to 30 hours (40 hours - Winter/Summer)
Wages: $20/hr. | $25/hr. for MBA students
