You’ll install, repair, and maintain equipment—including conveyors, motors, and other machinery—while delivering a top-notch customer experience. What You’ll Do

  • Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on commercial equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively
  • Ensure every job site exceeds safety and quality expectations (OSHA compliance is just the starting point)
  • Communicate with clients and leadership on timelines, progress, and solutions
  • Read and assess project scopes, estimating materials, timelines, and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, installers, and team members to keep projects on track
  • Represent our brand on-site with professionalism, following all client workplace and safety standards

Requirements


  • 3+ years maintenance experience (1 year property maintenance preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior military service (required)
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid passport
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred
  • Willing to work varied shifts (day, night, overnight, on-call)
  • Able to travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnight stays

Physical Requirements

  • Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
  • Work in confined spaces and wear PPE for long durations

Work Environment

  • Frequent travel by plane or car to job sites nationwide
  • Indoor/outdoor work, including active construction sites
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noises, and other site conditions
  • Must follow all safety requirements at all times
