You’ll install, repair, and maintain equipment—including conveyors, motors, and other machinery—while delivering a top-notch customer experience. What You’ll Do
- Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure every job site exceeds safety and quality expectations (OSHA compliance is just the starting point)
- Communicate with clients and leadership on timelines, progress, and solutions
- Read and assess project scopes, estimating materials, timelines, and implementation plans
- Collaborate with subcontractors, installers, and team members to keep projects on track
- Represent our brand on-site with professionalism, following all client workplace and safety standards

Requirements
- 3+ years maintenance experience (1 year property maintenance preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior military service (required)
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and valid passport
- Ability to pass background screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Willing to work varied shifts (day, night, overnight, on-call)
- Able to travel up to 80% of the time, including frequent overnight stays
