At NAVEX, we’re making the world a better place. A safer place. A more ethical place. A place where anyone, anywhere can have a voice. That’s a serious impact.

Our high-performance culture is driven by our values.  We move with speed, passion and purpose — as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.

Our Senior Financial Analyst is a core member of a tight-knit FP&A team, reporting to the Manager, FP&A with direct exposure to the VP of FP&A and CFO on board materials, operating reviews, and strategic planning. You'll own a high-impact territory across COGS, Product & Engineering, Facilities, IT, & Information Security — leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, owning monthly variance analysis, and identifying the process improvements that scale with us. It's a role built for someone who wants the next step on the ladder: strong performers here grow into finance leadership.

The talent and drive of our team members are key to our continued success.

About NAVEX: We're the global leader in integrated risk and compliance management software, trusted by more than 10,000 customers — including most of the Fortune 1000 — to power their ethics hotlines, policy management, and risk programs. We're PE-backed, profitable, and investing aggressively in the next phase of growth.

You’ll thrive in this hybrid role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success.  Join us and help shape what’s next!

What you’ll get:

  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people—at a scale few companies can match.
  • High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You’ll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.
  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas—not people—and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the financial story behind a high-impact FP&A territory — including COGS, Product & Engineering, IT, Information Security, & Facilities — owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis end-to-end
  • Sit at the table with business leaders, translating their priorities into financial plans and pushing back where the numbers tell a different story
  • Build the models that drive real decisions — driver-based forecasts, scenario analysis, ROI cases, and resource plans that shape where the company invests next
  • Turn variance into action — connect actuals vs. budget into clear recommendations that change how the business operates, not just how it reports
  • Move at the speed of the business during forecast, budget, and close cycles — Planful, NetSuite, and Excel are your toolkit for delivering answers with pace, urgency, and accuracy
  • Get in front of senior leadership — author the financial narratives, risk/opportunity callouts, and operating review materials that the CFO and FP&A leadership take into board and executive forums
  • Own CapEx strategy for R&D and technology investments — project-level analysis, forecast updates, and the cross-functional alignment that keeps spend tied to outcomes
  • Upgrade the FP&A function itself — sharpen models, modernize reporting tools, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment where your improvements stick

What you’ll bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills; experience with NetSuite, Planful, or similar planning / ERP tools is a plus
  • Insatiable curiosity about the business behind the numbers, and the judgment to know which variances matter
  • High ownership and pace — you prioritize ruthlessly, move work forward without being asked, and deliver with precision under tight timelines
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX’s core values

Our side of the deal:

  • We’ll be clear, we’ll move fast, and we’ll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make—and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
  • The starting pay for this role is 2,184,000 INR per annum with 5% MBO. Shifts ending between 12:00 AM IST and 07:00 AM IST are eligible for a night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
