We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Supervisors (including Sandwich Artist/Cashier/CSR responsibilities) for our Brands (Java House Bistro, Lift Off, and Shapiros) location at the Indianapolis International Airport.

Schedule & Location Details
This position is located at the Indianapolis International Airport and operates:
- Monday through Sunday
- Nights and weekends required
- 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM (shifts vary)

The anticipated start date for this position can range from late September through December, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines.
Requirements
Position Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license to obtain an airport parking pass
- Supervisory experience in the food industry preferred
- Flexible schedule availability required
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily shift operations and employee performance
- Maximizes customer satisfaction by handling requests and resolving complaints professionally
- Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace
- Ensures smooth daily production and service operations
- Performs sandwich artist, cashier, and CSR responsibilities as needed
- Prepares sandwiches, wraps, salads, and protein bowls according to Nature’s Table standards
- Maintains food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
- Processes cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately
- Balances cash drawers and follows all cash handling procedures
- Provides excellent customer service and promotes a welcoming environment
- Assists with training and mentoring new team members
- Supports operations while maintaining company standards and culture
Additional Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead the shift from start to finish (opening, mid, and closing shifts)
- Set the tone for urgency, hospitality, and professionalism
- Ensure proper station coverage and team positioning
- Adjust staffing in real time based on business volume
- Maintain smooth service flow and prevent bottlenecks at the register, expo, or kitchen
Qualifications
- Prior supervisor, sandwich artist, cashier, or CSR experience preferred but not required
