
The Medical Assistant Supervisor manages daily clinic operations, oversees clinical flow, and coordinates scheduling for all medical assistant staff. They are responsible for training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Medical Assisting program and hold a current AAMA or nationally recognized certification. Previous medical office experience is required, and CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
