At Mister Spex, we're leveraging data, business intelligence, and AI to drive smarter decisions across the organisation. As a Junior AI & Data Analyst, you'll support the development of AI-powered solutions, contribute to our reporting landscape, and help generate insights that create real business value.

Working alongside experienced analytics professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in automation, reporting, and emerging AI technologies while continuously developing your skills.

How you contribute

• Maintain and continuously improve our dashboard and reporting landscape

• Support the development of AI-powered agents and analytics solutions within existing frameworks

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver data-driven insights and ad hoc analyses

• Help automate analytics processes and enable scalable reporting capabilities across departments

• Contribute to the evolution of our data infrastructure, KPI governance, and data quality processes

• Learn from senior team members and actively participate in shaping innovative AI and analytics use cases for the business

What you bring

• A completed degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an analytics focus (or a comparable field)

• Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence

• Demonstrated AI curiosity through personal projects, coursework, practical applications, or the active use of AI tools

• An analytical mindset combined with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a highly collaborative team environment

• Experience with Power BI (or other BI tools) as well as Python and/or SQL is a plus

• Professional fluency in English; German is a plus
