
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will bridge complex business needs with innovative technology solutions by leading the analysis, design, and implementation of platform initiatives. They will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of progressive experience in business systems analysis or solution delivery. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, software delivery lifecycles, and the ability to manage complex technical documentation are essential.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging complex business needs with innovative technology solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and member experiences. You will lead the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of platform solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes. We're seeking an experienced professional who combines strong business analysis expertise with technical acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for solving complex challenges in a collaborative environment.
This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, Application Technology. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $92,700 to $114,450 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
