
The recruiter will own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and operational roles, from sourcing and intake to offer negotiation. They will also focus on improving interview processes, managing ATS data, and enhancing employer branding.
Candidates must have 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within deep tech or hardware environments. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple technical searches independently are required.

Position Overview
We’re hiring our first dedicated Recruiter to own full-cycle deep tech recruiting across the company, including R&D, engineering, product, manufacturing operations, and business operations. This is an IC role reporting to the Head of People.
You will be responsible for all recruiting activities from intake, sourcing, and scheduling through offer acceptance. You will get to design and improve processes and drive the candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and recruiting for highly technical and hard-to-fill roles in a fast-paced, growing company.
We are prioritizing candidates based in Denver or New York but would consider remote candidates for the right experience.
