
The Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst will deliver high-quality performance reporting and insights for the Erasmus+ programme to support decision-making and accountability. This includes managing external reporting capabilities, building interactive dashboards, and translating complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
Candidates must have significant experience in BI or data analysis, proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and strong data visualization skills. A degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with the legal right to work in the UK.

Role Purpose
The Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting Analyst Lead will deliver high-quality performance reporting and insight for the Erasmus+ programme, enabling effective decision-making, accountability, and delivery against programme objectives. This includes supporting the reporting requirements for DfE and the European Commission. A significant aspect of this role is to manage the external reporting capability for the programme, ensuring that internal/external stakeholders’ requirements are met. The role will work closely with the wider corporate data function and align to central DEP standards, and will lead on KPIs, dashboards, and management information for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent, and timely. The postholder will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support performance monitoring, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement across the programme.
