Elovate is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our hardware solutions strategy, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our hardware portfolio aligns with market needs and compliance standards. This role combines product ownership, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative traffic enforcement solutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with hardware vendors, monitor SLAs, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Continuously review new hardware solutions in the market and evaluate them against compliance, performance, and customer needs.
  • Use AI tools to model roadmap trade-offs, simulate hardware configurations, and generate scenario analyses that support faster, more defensible prioritization decisions
  • Leverage AI-powered research tools to accelerate market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and hardware evaluation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Support, Operations, and Marketing to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) planning by preparing release notes, feature overviews, and aligning product launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize AI tools to draft and iterate on GTM assets including release notes, product briefs, and training materials to reduce time-to-publish and ensuring consistency across launches.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders to showcase capabilities and drive adoption.
  • Represent Elovate at trade shows and customer presentations.
  • Participate in product testing to ensure compliance with functional and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven automation across hardware evaluation workflows, SLA reporting, compliance tracking, and vendor documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager managing Agile teams and leading end-to-end product development.
  • Experience in the Automated Traffic Enforcement industry and familiarity with vehicle detection technologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) to accelerate research, documentation, and product workflows
  • Strong vendor management skills, including SLA tracking and roadmap coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking, with a growth mindset and a hands-on approach to leveraging AI and new technologies as everyday productivity tools.
