Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology-driven Digital Automation Engineer to join our team and help transform business processes through automation and emerging technologies.

In this role, you will design and develop automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms, modern development technologies, APIs, cloud, and AI-enabled automation. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and improve operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Build Automation Solutions

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using low-code/no-code and modern development technologies.
• Build workflows, applications, dashboards, and integrations using platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow.
• Develop APIs, connectors, and integrations across enterprise applications.

Drive Digital Transformation

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify automation opportunities.
• Support AI-enabled automation initiatives, including Generative AI, intelligent document processing, and workflow orchestration.
• Participate in POCs, pilots, hackathons, and innovation projects to evaluate emerging technologies.

Improve & Support Automation

• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Support testing, documentation, governance, and automation best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable digital solutions.

What You Will Learn

• Gain hands-on experience with enterprise automation and low-code/no-code technologies.
• Develop expertise in platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software development, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or related technical projects.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, REST, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for automation, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, or similar automation platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent automation.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration technologies.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or DevOps practices.
• Experience through academic, personal, internship, hackathon, or automation projects.
• Relevant certifications in automation, cloud, AI, or low-code platforms are a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
• Relevant certifications in automation, AI, cloud, or low-code technologies are an advantage.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• For technical positions, a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required, in accordance with applicable local requirements.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
