Responsibilities

About the role:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Compliance reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that provide insight into risks, controls, regulatory obligations, and program effectiveness. The position partners with business and technology teams to ensure data quality, deliver actionable reporting, improve processes through automation, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Compliance dashboards, reports, executive reporting materials, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain KPIs and performance metrics used to measure Compliance activities, risks, controls, regulatory obligations, and program effectiveness based on business requirements.
  • Partner with Compliance leaders and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Develop and monitor data quality controls to ensure the integrity, reliability, and governance of data used for Compliance reporting products. 
  • Administration and maintenance of databases, data models, data mappings, reporting repositories, and GRC reporting tools utilized for Compliance reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver executive and operational reporting in a clear, concise, and actionable format.
  • Document and maintain reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, business rules, calculations, data sources, and reporting procedures to support auditability and sustainability.
  • Lead or support initiatives that improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, business intelligence tools, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and data owners to resolve reporting issues, improve data quality, and support evolving reporting needs.

Qualifications

What makes you an ideal candidate?

  • Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Experience with Power Query, DAX, SQL, SAS, and similar data modeling, transformation, and analytical tools.
  • Ability to use Generative AI tools like Microsoft Copilot in work processes.
  • Ability to organize, combine, and transform data from multiple systems using data modeling, relationships, and business logic to support reporting and analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with the ability to identify trends and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Understanding of data governance, data quality management, reporting controls, and reporting lifecycle management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Creative, user-focused mindset with an eye for dashboard design, data visualization best practices, and user experience (UX), ensuring reporting solutions are intuitive, insightful, and visually effective.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Working effectively within an AI enabled environment.

 

Work Experience & Education

  • 2-4 years in a similar role required.
  • Experience in consumer compliance and quantitative methods or business reporting metrics preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field required.
