The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for structuring profitable deals, managing lender relationships, and selling high-value protection products. They must ensure full regulatory compliance while guiding customers through the final stages of the vehicle purchase process.
Candidates must have 2-3+ years of experience in automotive finance and a proven track record of hitting performance targets. Strong negotiation skills, proficiency with dealership software, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment are required.

What You’ll Do
Secure financing and structure profitable deals through a network of lenders and financial programs
Present and sell high-value protection products, including extended warranties, GAP, and maintenance packages
Maximize F&I penetration and per-copy revenue while maintaining full compliance with all regulations
Take control of the customer transition from Sales to Finance and guide them confidently through the final stage of the purchase
Deliver transparent, professional finance presentations that build trust and close business
Review all deal documents for accuracy and compliance before finalizing contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions to expand financing opportunities
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through finance products and protection packages
Contribute directly to dealership sales and profit goals by consistently hitting F&I performance targets
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business
Requirements
2–3+ years of Automotive Finance Manager experience or a high-performing finance role in a dealership
Proven ability to consistently produce strong F&I results and maximize deal profitability
Strong knowledge of automotive lending, credit structures, and finance products
Experience with DMS systems and dealership finance software
Exceptional negotiation, closing, and customer presentation skills
Ability to perform in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
Strong attention to detail with deal structuring and contract accuracy
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening for illegal substances
Authorized to work in the United States
