The Business Analyst supports the New England Region in a client facing role to provide solution implementation, delivery and product maintenance assistance throughout the SDLC process.

Position Title:


Business Analyst

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  

  • Facilitates and supports business operations related to the development, maintenance and delivery of PCG technology and consulting solutions, services and support of clients/users across multiple projects.
  • Supports the SDLC process across the New England Region Education practice area, including client facing interaction with a problem-solving approach.
  • Responds to client inquiries, maintains the ticketing system (Jira), resolves tasks and supports administrative functions.
  • Works with clients to understand their business needs, conduct requirements gathering, testing, and consistently ensures quality.
  • Works with internal teams to translate client business needs and ensures deliverables are aligned with client needs and expectations.
  • Conducts business analysis for various business platforms, projects and data sets.
  • Develops competency in enterprise IT system analysis and development.
  • Assists with the implementation of major project phases or tasks.
  • Assists with preparation of written reports, deliverables, and other materials for clients.
  • Collects, tracks and enters project related data.
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of project budgets and preparation of client invoices.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT or other relevant field. Public Sector experience is a plus.


 

WORKING CONDITIONS:    

 

 

Virtual with occasional travel in New England.

Compensation:

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $56,200-$75,000. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.

PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
