Project Manager (Asset Management) supports building assessment, reserve fund study, and capital planning projects in Markham, Ontario, Canada within a multidisciplinary building services practice. The role contributes to the evaluation and management of residential, commercial, institutional, and condominium assets through technical assessments, lifecycle planning, and stakeholder engagement.
The position is responsible for delivering projects throughout the full asset management lifecycle, including building condition assessments, reserve fund studies, capital forecasting, field investigations, technical reporting, and long-term asset renewal planning. Work is performed in accordance with Ontario Regulation 48/01 and involves coordination with property managers, condominium boards, asset owners, and project stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings 3β5 years of experience in reserve fund studies, building assessments, quantity surveying, or real estate capital planning services, with demonstrated exposure to lifecycle costing, asset condition evaluation, and client-facing project delivery.
