
The Project Accountant manages the billing, tracking, and financial analysis for all global projects while serving as a liaison between project managers and operations. They are responsible for month-end closing, general ledger reconciliations, and ensuring the integrity of financial data in accordance with GAAP.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA designation preferred. Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and ERP systems is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Accountant plays a critical role in supporting the Mark Andy’s accounting, financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making process. This position is focused on all projects globally and partners closely with business unit leaders to deliver insightful financial analysis and forecasting. This position will be the primary liaison between Treasury (Financing), Project Managers, Contract Administration and Operations, while managing the full scope of the project, including Financial Analysis, for all projects. The position combines hands-on accounting expertise with forward-looking financial planning and business analysis to support the company's objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of business operations and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that drive performance.
