The Senior Financial Analyst - Site Operations will partner with site leadership to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. Through forecasting, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, this role will identify opportunities to enhance profitability, optimize costs, and contribute to the overall success of the site.

General Responsibilities• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify and analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvements• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis• Identify and report changes in methods and materials• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of reports and tools• Analyze the market and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks

Experience / Qualifications• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

Additional Responsibilities:

• Partner with site leadership to drive financial performance and operational decisions.
• Lead monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, productivity, spending, and inventory performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop KPIs and provide insights to improve business results.
• Evaluate capital investments and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance.
• Track productivity savings and drive reporting process improvements through automation and standardization.

Additional Qualifications:

• 5+ years of finance, FP&A, accounting, or manufacturing finance experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain teams.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar).
• Strong analytical, business partnering, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights.
• Continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence experience preferred.
