You will understand the wishes of customers and fit them to Open's current product portfolio, as you’ll be translating functional requirements into the technical ones. Together with this, you’ll be able to advise the customers on their processes to better their whole experience.

As BA you’d be working with cloud-based SaaS solution, Open's Core Banking Engine and act as connection between our clients & development teams, for everything connected to solution offering.There is a lot to learn about our core-banking product, business, and challenges we’re facing each day. About You
- You have 4+ years of experience in the UK mortgage market, working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role where you translated customer requirements into technical requirements;
- You have been part of software development processes and are comfortable working closely with technical teams;
- You are a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between customers and technical teams;
- You have experience with stakeholder management and/or implementations (a strong advantage).
