The Role
As our Product Manager in charge of our consumer-facing Digital Therapeutics, you will lead the way to transform our platform of therapies from good to first-class with taste. This is not a feature-shipping role. We want someone who thinks in user journeys, obsesses over behavior change, and can tell the difference between a product that works and one that genuinely moves patients forward.
Your responsibilities
- Therapy ownership: You own the full patient journey end-to-end – from the moment a doctor prescribes the therapy, through onboarding and the active therapy phase, to the point where patients feel a real difference and stay. AI is part of the work and part of the product – but it's a means to an end, not the goal itself.
- Behavior & retention: You apply proven knowledge of habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to drive sustainable usage.
- Mobile ownership: You own our therapy apps across urology and gynecology end-to-end.
- App Store excellence: You treat ratings, store presence, and ASO as core product levers, and actively optimize the funnel from impression to activation.
YOUR TOOLKIT
- Mobile expertise: Hands-on product management experience with consumer mobile apps.
- Platform fluency: You understand the technical realities of iOS and Android and know how to work with them – not around them.
- Data & AI fluency: You use AI to move fast, know when it's hallucinating, and back every decision with analytics and experiments, because you own the outcome.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
- High agency: You naturally push topics forward, bring people along, and don't wait to be asked.
- Taste: You know what a great, beautiful, yet functional product needs to look like in 2026.
- Optional – health or behavior background: Experience building patient-centric or behavior-change products, or genuine passion for it.
