Work Schedule: 12pm-8:30pm M-F, Must be flexible with schedule based upon club needs.

Position Overview
This full-time position oversees Club programming operations supporting School Aged and Middle School/Teen (members ages 5-18 years of age). This position operates within the Club as a licensed childcare facility with the primary concerns for program development, quality and implementation, staff development; supervision of staff; assistance with facilities and budget management under the Club Director’s supervision. This position ensures compliance with WI Administrative Code for Group Child Care Centers and serves as Manager of the childcare alongside the Club Director. Programming is focused on the main pillars of Boys & Girls Club programming; education, character & leadership, sports & recreation, healthy lifestyles and the arts. This position works within the hours of operations for the facility, which are 9:00am 9:00pm with typical hours being 12:00pm – 8:30pm. Assume vacancies as needed. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Manage budget line items such as programming supplies and field trips as the Club Director directs.
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal and external relationship essential to the role.
Internal: As an integral part of our team, you will maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (both professional and volunteer), Club members, and your supervisor. This continuous communication ensures the seamless exchange of information, facilitates discussions on pertinent issues, clarifies guidelines and instructions, provides instruction and guidance, and offers counseling when necessary.
External: Externally, you will maintain contact as needed with various community groups, schools, members' parents, and other stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships and assist in resolving any arising issues. By actively engaging with these external partners, you contribute to creating a supportive network and ensuring the well-being of our members within the broader community

REQUIRED HOURS
Typical working hours, including required holidays and travel. This position is classified as exempt and full-time regular, requiring availability during operational hours for program management responsibilities and to fulfill the essential duties of the role, which may include working on holidays, weekends, and evenings as necessary. The position requires occasional travel to off-site Clubs, meetings, and events. Typically, this role involves closing the Club, with working hours from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Please note that the specified hours serve as an example.

Physical requirements: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and policy manuals. The employee must be able to perform CPR or first aid. The employee must use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, jump, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
