Position Overview: This position supports the anticipated U.S. Marine Corps Program Office Support effort at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA as a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst directly supports the Assistant Program Manager for Business Management of a Marine Corps program office, carrying acquisition and sustainment planning, program schedules, and business process documentation. Job Type: Full-time/Exempt


Location: MCB Quantico, VA


Anticipated Start Date: December 2026, contingent upon contract award.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform compliance reviews of official correspondence and procurement documents, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, task books, and external CDRLs, against Federal, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps Systems Command acquisition policy
  • Report non-conformances to document originators with governing citations and recommended corrections
  • Support planning, coordination, and scheduling of key program reviews, including contract-status reviews and product- and program-level risk reviews; maintain an integrated review schedule
  • Maintain top-level program schedules in Microsoft Project, revised quarterly against established baselines
  • Build milestone briefs, Acquisition Annual Value Assessments, and Program Management Review materials in coordination with Government staff
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures for business functions, five pages or fewer, one task each, using a standardized format, and maintain SOP version control under configuration management

Requirements

  

Position Requirements:

  • Eight (8) years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active SECRET security clearance required.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Defense acquisition documentation experience under the DoDI 5000.02 Adaptive Acquisition Framework
  • Experience supporting a Marine Corps Systems Command program office

United States of America: $95,000 USD – $120,000 USD
