Requirements

- Greet every customer with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, and other forms of payment with accuracy.
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol sales laws and company policies.
- Assist customers with product locations and general questions, connecting them with product specialists when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Support merchandising, stocking, and sales floor recovery as needed.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
