WinChoice is growing, and we’re looking for motivated Independent Contractor Sales Representatives to join our team and help homeowners protect their homes with quality gutter and water management solutions.
As an independent contractor, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments and develop your own opportunities through referrals and self-generated leads. You’ll inspect the home, identify gutter and drainage concerns, educate the homeowner on potential water damage, present the WinChoice solution, and guide the customer through the buying process.

Experience
- Previous sales, home improvement, roofing, gutter, or door-to-door sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Paid training is provided for qualified individuals who are willing to learn and put in the work.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
